A investigação também mostra que armamento pesado entrava?? primeiro no Paraguai com autorização da Dimabel, órgão de fiscalização de armas no Paraguai.

A Polícia Federal desmontou, na terça-feira (5), uma grande organização criminosa responsável?? pelo tráfico internacional de armas, que fornecia armamento pesado a chefes das maiores facções brasileiras.
Segundo as investigações, as armas vinham?? de países da Europa e entravam no Brasil pelo Paraguai.
Por trás de todo esse esquema, estavam Diego Hernan Dirísio, de?? 49 anos, o maior traficante de armas da América do Sul, e Fhillip da Silva Gregório, de 36 anos, conhecido?? como "Professor", um traficante de drogas do Complexo do Alemão, no Rio de Janeiro, e um dos principais clientes de?? Dirísio.
Segundo a PF, Fhillip só gostava de armas de alto calibre. Em uma de suas negociações, ele recusa, por exemplo,?? um revólver de 308. "A questão não é preço, até se você quisesse me dar essa pistola, aqui no Rio,?? a gente não usa mais esse calibre", diz. "Tem que ser 9, 40, 45!", completa.
No Alemão, o "Professor" tinha uma?? vida muito confortável. Ali, ele montou uma estrutura de ostentação e chegou a receber uma equipe médica para fazer lipoaspiração,?? implante de cabelo e clareamento dos dentes. Em trocas de mensagens, o criminoso brasileiro revelou que não sai do Alemão?? há três anos.
Tanto Fhillip como Diego Hernan estão foragidos.
Investigação durou 3 anos
Na semana passada, 54 pessoas foram alvos de uma?? operação da PF brasileira, em conjunto com os governos do Paraguai e dos Estados Unidos. Foram cumpridos mandados de busca?? e apreensão em 54 endereços nos três países - 16 pessoas foram presas até agora.
A investigação durou três anos e?? se iniciou a partir da apreensão de pistolas e fuzis na Bahia. A PF estima que, de 2023 até aqui,?? o esquema de Diego Hernan Dirísio tenha movimentado R$ 1 bilhão.
A empresa de Dirísio fazia vendas legais de armas no?? Paraguai. As compras eram feitas usando a própria empresa dele que, até então, era legalizada no Paraguai.
"Além disso, ele era?? provedor do estado Paraguaio. Tinha ganhado várias licitações e comprado equipamento para o exército e para a polícia. Era uma?? empresa que tinha todos os papéis, todos os requisitos para funcionar legalmente", disse um porta-voz do Ministério Público do Paraguai,?? que trabalhou em conjunto com a PF brasileira.
O armamento vendido vinha da Croácia, Eslovênia, República Tcheca e Turquia. A Polícia?? Federal acredita que, em três anos, Dirísio importou mais de 40 mil armas do Leste Europeu.
"Ele era visto como um?? grande empresário, mas, na realidade, estava fomentando o mercado ilícito de armas de fogo na América do Sul. Ele dominava?? o mercado ilegal de arma de fogo e criou uma estrutura criminosa que viabilizou um derrame de milhares de armas?? de fogo no mercado ilícito para facções criminosas no Brasil", disse Flávio Albergaria, delegado da PF.
Armamento entrava no Paraguai com?? autorização de militares
O armamento entrava primeiro no país vizinho com autorização da Dimabel, órgão de fiscalização de armas no Paraguai,?? chefiado por militares. Trocas de mensagens mostram que, desde 2023, Dirísio corrompia oficiais de alta patente com presentes de aniversário.
"Muito?? obrigado pelo presente. Estou muito contente", disse um coronel. Em outra mensagem, Dirísio combina a entrada de equipamento direto com?? Jorge Antonio Orue, chefe da Dimabel e que chegou a comandar a Força Aérea do Paraguai.
Ao todo, 15 funcionários da?? Dimabel, incluindo os oficiais, foram alvo da operação na última terça. O general Jorge Antonio Orue se entregou às autoridades?? um dia depois, na quarta-feira (6).
Em comum, tanto o vendedor de armar como seu maior cliente no Brasil, o "Professor",?? gostavam de uma vida de luxo sustentada pela violência.

PokerStars has unveiled the full schedule for the highly anticipated 18th
season of the European Poker Tour (EPT?? 2024), which sees the prestigious tour returning
to all of our players’ favourite stops.
After incredible debuts during the 2024 season,
?? both EPT Paris and EPT Cyprus will return for their sophomore years, fitting perfectly
alongside the fan favourites: Monte Carlo,?? Barcelona and Prague.
The EPT 2024 season
kicks off in the French capital in a brand new venue – the stunning?? Le Palais des
Congrès, from February 14-25.
Razvan Belea was victorious at EPT Paris 2024, winning
€1.17 million
“After last year’s EPT?? Paris, we really listened to players’ feedback,
and we looked at how to improve the players’ experience and capacity for?? this event
which has the potential to be one of the largest EPT festivals ever,” said Cedric
Billot, Associate Director?? of Live Events Operations.
“A new and larger venue,
improvements on the registrations, more tables… we hope to welcome as many?? players as
possible in 2024 in Paris!”
The new spacious venue will see over 120 tournament tables
and a bigger schedule?? to accommodate all players.
Players can win their way to Paris —
a fantastic poker city — with online satellites which?? will be live from November 21.
This includes a €5,300 buy-in to the EPT Paris Main Event, with eight nights’
?? accommodation at the event location for the player and their chosen plus one.
There’s
also the chance to win your way?? to the France Poker Series (FPS) Paris Main Event,
featuring a €1,100 buy-in and seven nights’ accommodation for the player?? and their
guest.
Plus, you can win your way to Paris through the Power Path by winning either a
Gold Pass?? (worthR$10,300) or a Silver Pass (worthR$2,500).
The tour then returns to
Monaco and arguably the most beautiful poker room in the?? world – the iconic Salle des
Etoiles, located at the Monte-Carlo Casino®? Sporting Club, part of the Monte Carlo Bay
?? Resort & Hotel.

The EPT has taken?? place in Monte Carlo every year since 2005 (except for
2024) and always delivers, both in luxury and lively poker?? action. Previous Main Event
winners include Steve O’Dwyer, Adrian Mateos, and the defending champ, Mike Watson.

Just like Paris, players will
be able to play online qualifiers and win full packages?? for both the EPT Main Event and
the FPS Monte Carlo Main Event, as well as use Power Path Gold?? and Silver Passes to
play.
EPT Barcelona 2024 will mark 20 years of the players’ favourite stop in the
stunning Catalonian?? capital at Casino Barcelona from August 26- September 08.

Alexander Stevic’s Main Event victory in September 2004 all the way?? through to Simon
Wiciak’s seven-figure score last summer, the EPT wouldn’t feel the same without
Barcelona.
With over 20 years of?? history, the stop has featured in every single season
and has become one of the most popular on the tour,?? even hosting the largest-ever live
poker tournament sponsored by PokerStars – the 2024 EPT Barcelona Estrellas Main Event.
The celebrations?? to mark the 20th edition will no doubt be ones to remember, with more
details to be released in 2024.
